In line with our unwavering commitment to quality, Makina offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To ensure your return is accepted, the following criteria must be met:

  • Signature Packaging: Items must be returned in their original Makina luxury packaging, including all protective materials, accessories, and identification tags.

  • Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or valid proof of payment must be included to ensure expedited processing.

II. Quality Inspection & Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, our specialists will conduct a meticulous inspection of the item. We will notify you once the shipment has been received and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment up to 14 days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's international processing policies.
